Ben Ringler, MFT
Ben has helped many couples find relief from relationship issues including poor communication, infidelity, intimacy and closeness, codependency, sexual intimacy, and cross-cultural issues. His style is warm, receptive, and direct, helping people reach their true relationship potential through a step-by-step approach. His goal as a relationship counselor is to help people have sustaining and satisfying relationships.
Ben is passionate about life, self-inquiry, and growth. In addition to his work as a licensed psychotherapist, he is a certified Hakomi therapist; he draws on his rich and diverse training and experience to help individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues. He holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies.

Counselor Expertise

Our counselor specializes in premarital counseling and communication, intimacy, and relationship issues. We help people with the emotional and sexual disconnect, fighting and defensiveness that arise in marriages.  We teach communication skills during couples counseling and ask you to practice at home.  We are experienced in working with LGBTQ adults and people in multicultural relationships, as well as couples struggling with codependency and infidelity.
